Here are the Programs and Workshops that are currently scheduled, this is constantly changing so please check with us frequently. 

Social Intellectual Clubhouse

Providing a respectful, non judgemental, supporting platform to extend areas of interest, knowledge for a healthy state of mind and social connectedness

Seniors Social Buddy

A mutual help group to practice survival English and make effort to overcome the barriers.
Enjoy the stress free moment in learning and be community integrated.

Seniors Social Conversational Group

Active senior’s participation in discussion with local/national/ or international news, family issues, community outing, or anything else that might be on your mind. This is a very popular program, so please check first for space availability.

Elder Abuse And Neglect Education, Health and Well-Being for Korean

 Elder Abuse Education, Social Supportive Group, Confidentially, Sharing stories and Morality, meditation, and exercise together

Basic Computer Class for Korean

 Seniors' six week course in Computers. Learn basic facts about hardware and software and learn how to research information on the internet and send e-mail.

Thursdays    3:00 – 4:30pm

English Language Class for seniors

Free basic to intermediate level English language and cultural literacy classes for senior adults. Helps to meet short- and long-term settlement integration goals of full participation in Canadian daily life. This is a very popular program, so please check first for space availability.

Assist seniors in community to share their feelings and know that they are not alone

Active Walk and Talk

Great exercise for seniors. Come and get some fresh air and exercise with our walking Group. Dress appropriately for weather, with loose clothing and runners

Seniors Smartphone Basics & How to use a Smartphone - Korean

These articles will help you understand exactly what a smartphone is, and how they work. You will learn about the differences between smartphones and other mobile phones, understand how touch screens work, making calls, adding contacts and taking pictures.

Elder Abuse Awareness Outreach

The task force meeting has been using its effort and resources to reach out different groups
across the Chinese communities beginning of the year.

People who are interested to join the meeting or workshop. Please contact

Health-Concern Education & Support Group

Supportive environment for seniors and newcomers to obtain health & safety information by learning
variety of materials/daily English, as well as friendly networking.
